2.1 Hardware Products
VultureLabs provides edge computing hardware for AI-powered video analytics. All hardware purchases are subject to:
- Hardware warranty terms
- Shipping and delivery policies
- Installation and setup requirements
- Maintenance and support agreements
2.2 Software Platform
Our AI platform processes video data for operational insights. The platform includes:
- Real-time video processing capabilities
- Analytics and reporting features
- API access for integrations
- Continuous updates and improvements
2.3 Support Services
Technical support is provided according to your service plan:
- Standard Support: Business hours support via email
- Priority Support: Extended hours with phone support

3. Account Terms
3.1 Account Registration
When creating an account, you agree to:

- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon order confirmation
- Pricing: Prices exclude taxes and shipping unless stated
- Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled after manufacturing begins
- Custom Orders: Custom configurations may require 50% deposit
4.2 Subscription Services
- Billing Cycle: Billed annually or monthly as selected
- Auto-Renewal: Automatic renewal unless cancelled 30 days prior
- Price Changes: 30 days notice for price increases
- Refunds: No refunds for partial periods
4.3 Payment Methods

- ACH/wire transfers for enterprise accounts

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on third-party rights

- You grant us license to process your data for service provision
- Feedback provided may be used without compensation
6. Warranties & Disclaimers
6.1 Hardware Warranty
Hardware products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering:
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Normal use conditions
- Replacement or repair at our discretion
- Shipping costs for warranty service
Exclusions:
- Physical damage or misuse
- Unauthorized modifications

- Uptime Target: 99.9% availability SLA for enterprise plans

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VULTURELABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
7.2 Cap on Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
7.3 Exceptions
These limitations may not apply to:
- Gross negligence or willful misconduct
- Death or personal injury
- Violations of applicable law
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold VultureLabs harmless from any claims arising from:

- Hardware purchases are non-refundable
- Accrued charges remain payable
